Falling Walls Lab is a world-class pitch competition and networking forum that brings together a diverse and interdisciplinary pool of students, researchers, and early-career professionals and gives them a stage to showcase their breakthrough ideas. Past presentations ranged from ‘Breaking the Wall of Cancer with a Fruit Fly’ to ‘Breaking the Wall of Energy Insecurity in Africa’ and we are excited to hear which wall will be broken by the participants of Falling Walls Paris this year.
The breakthrough factor, the potential impact of the presented work, and performance will help the jury determine the winner, who qualifies for the global Finale in Berlin on 7 November 2021.
